Parents must attend parent-teacher meetings and school events when required
Any change in custody, guardianship, or emergency contact must be reported to the school immediately
Parents must keep their Student Portal login credentials confidential and not share them with others
School fees must be paid according to the schedule provided at the time of admission
Monthly tuition fees are due by the 10th of each month
Late payments beyond the due date may result in a late fee surcharge
Failure to pay fees for two consecutive months may result in suspension of the student’s portal access
Fee refunds are subject to the school’s refund policy and are granted only at the school’s discretion
The school is not responsible for any payments made through unauthorized agents or channels
Fee receipts must be collected and kept safe as proof of payment
The school reserves the right to withhold result cards or certificates in case of outstanding dues
All students are expected to maintain the highest standards of respect, discipline, and integrity
Students must show respect to teachers, staff, fellow students, and school property at all times
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of violence will not be tolerated under any circumstances
Use of mobile phones during school hours is strictly prohibited unless permitted by a teacher
Cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action
Damage to school property will result in the student being held financially responsible for repairs
Students found engaging in serious misconduct may face suspension, expulsion, or legal action
Parents are expected to cooperate fully with school management in all disciplinary matters
The Quantum Leap School name, logo, motto, and all associated branding materials are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use of the school’s name, logo, or branding in any form — whether online, in print, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Any content, artwork, or projects created by students during school activities may be used by the school for educational, promotional, or display purposes, subject to prior parental consent.
The Student Portal is provided exclusively for enrolled students and their parents/guardians
Login credentials are personal and must not be shared with anyone
Any unauthorized access or misuse of the portal must be reported to the school immediately
The school reserves the right to suspend portal access in case of fee default or policy violation
The school is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your login credentials
Parents are responsible for all activity conducted through their portal account
